【摘要】 目的探讨金因肽联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗Ⅳ期压疮患者的临床效果。方法将91例(135处)Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为三组,均按相同方法清创后,联合组32例(47处)采用金因肽联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗;金因肽组29例(45处)采用金因肽治疗;聚维酮碘组30例(43处)采用聚维酮碘软膏治疗。所有患者均根据疮面情况按需换药,观察记录三组压疮疮面肉芽生长时间、疮面缩小直径、换药次数、治愈时间及治愈率等5项指标。结果联合组的5项指标均显著优于金因肽组和聚维酮碘组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论金因肽联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗Ⅳ期压疮效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of GeneTime (RhEGF) combined with povidone-iodine ointment in the treatment of stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer. Methods Ninety-one patients (135 ulcers) with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer were randomly divided into three groups. Group A (32 cases, 47 ulcers) applied GeneTime combined with povidone-iodine ointment for treatment, group B (29 cases, 45 ulcers) applied GeneTime, and group C (30 cases, 43 ulcers) used povidone-iodine ointment for treatment. Five indicators, including the duration of granulation growth, diameter of the ulcer decreased, times of dressing, curing time and the cure rate were recorded and compared between the three groups. Results The five indicators in group A were significantly better than those in group B and group C (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion GeneTime combined with povidone-iodine ointment has significant effect for treating stage Ⅳpressure ulcer, which is worthy of extension in clinical practice.更多还原
