【摘要】 目的探讨中老年胃癌术后心脏并发症的影响因素。方法回顾性分析94例中老年胃癌手术患者的临床资料,分为有并发症组和无并发症组,对比分析两组患者术前、术后在性别、年龄、血压、手术时间、心电图、心脏彩超7个方面与心脏并发症的关系。结果 94例患者中21例发生心脏并发症;心脏并发症组患者平均(63.4±8.1)岁,手术时间(3.1±0.8)h;无心脏并发症组患者平均(52.4±4.7)岁,手术时间(2.8±0.6)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前心功能异常的患者,术后发生心脏并发症的风险显著增加(P<0.05)。结论较长的手术时间、高血压、心律失常、EF<50%及术前心脏彩超检查提示有局部运动障碍等5个因素是中老年胃癌术后发生心脏并发症的高度危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors of cardiovascular complication in middle-aged and elderly patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of ninety-four middle-aged and elderly patients with gastric carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups, complication group and without complication group. We analyzed gender, age, blood pressure, operation time, electrocardiogram and cardiac color ultrasound related to cardiovascular complication in the two groups before and after operation. Results Of the 92 patients, 21 occurred cardiovascular complications. The average age of complication group was (63.4±8.1) and the average operation time was (3.1±0.8) h. The average age of without complication group was (52.4±4.7) and the average operation time was (2.8±0.6) h The average age and the average operation time showed statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The patients with abnormal heart function before operation had a significantly higher risk of cardiovascular complications (P<0.05). Conclusion Long operation time, hypertension, arrhythmia, EF<50%, and local movement disorders might be high risk factors of cardiovascular complications after the operation of gastric carcinoma in middle-aged and elderly patients.更多还原
