【摘要】 目的探讨直肠癌患者Dixon(经腹前切除术)术前术后不同时期直肠和肛管功能变化。方法采用4通道水灌注式肛门直肠压力检测系统,对64例直肠癌患者进行Dixon’s术前及术后不同时期直肠肛门压力测定。结果①术后3个月、6个月、12个月肛管静息压均低于术前(P<0.01);②肛门最大收缩压和肛门最大收缩时间较术前均明显降低(P<0.01);③肛门控便能力较术前下降(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者Dixon术后肛门控便功能有所下降,但随着时间的推移,肛门控便能力正在逐步上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the function of the rectum and anal canal in patients with rectal cancer in different periods after Dixon’s operation. Methods The pressure of anorectum in 64 patients with rectal cancer were determined in different periods before and after Dixon’s operation, using anorectal maometry with four passage water infusing. Results At postoperative 3 months, 6 months and one year, the anal sphincter resting pressure were significantly lower than that at preoperative (P<0.01), the maximal squeeze pressure and maximal squeeze time were decreased compared with that at preoperative (P<0.01), and the ability of controlling defecation was weaker than that at preoperative (P<0.05). Conclusion The defecation controlling ability of anal canal decreases in patients with rectal cancer after Dixon’s operation, but the ability would increase along with time.更多还原
