【摘要】 目的探讨掌侧入路T形钢板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。方法总结2008年5月至2010年6月行掌侧入路T形钢板内固定术治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者17例。比较手术前后掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨长度的变化,评定腕关节功能。结果 17例患者均获4~22个月的随访,平均13.2个月。全部患者均在10~15周愈合,平均12.3周。除了1例创伤性关节炎外无其他并发症。根据X线片测量及腕关节功能按Dienst标准评定,优9例,良6例,可1例,差1例,优良率为88.2%。结论掌侧入路T形钢板是治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折理想的固定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of T-shape plate fixation in the treatment of unstable distal radial fractures in elderly patients through palmar approach. Methods The clinical data of 17 elderly patients of unstable distal radial fractures treated with open reduction and T-shape plate fixation through palmar approach from May 2008 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects were evaluated preliminarily through comparing and analyzing the volar tilt, radial inclination, radial shortening and wrist function. Results All the patients were followed up for 4~22 months, with an average of 13.2 months. All the patients had fracture healing within 5~10 weeks (12.3 weeks in average). No other complications were found except one patient suffered from traumatic arthritis. According to the wrist joint function and modified X-ray standards of Dienst criteria, the effect were excellent in 9 patients, good in 6 patients, fair in 1 patient and poor in 1 patient, with an excellent-good rate of 88.2%. Conclusion T-shape plate fixation through palmar approach is the ideal choice for the treatment of unstable distal radial fractures in elderly patients.更多还原
