【摘要】 目的探讨护士自我效能感与护理操作技能之间的相关性。方法对100名护士先后进行成败经验、替代经验、语言说服、身心状态四方面的自我效能专题训练,并采用一般自我效能感量表分别对每一训练结果进行评价,以及分别进行壁式给氧、口腔护理、静脉输液和电动吸痰方面的护理操作技能考核,然后对这两类数据进行统计学的相关与回归分析。结果所测得的自我效能感分值或护理操作技能分值的组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两类分值在各组合状态下的两两相关系数分布在0.893~0.954之间;成败经验、替代经验、语言说服、生心状态四方面的自我效能感与护理操作技能在互为自变量、因变量下的负相关系数分布在0.892~0.949之间,回归系数的绝对值分布在78.303~126.945之间,且t的统计量均显示出P<0.001。结论护士自我效能感与护理操作技能成绩呈高度正相关,且二者呈互为因果关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the correlation between self-efficacy and nursing manipulative skills for a nurse. Methods At first, to train 100 nurses on self-efficacy specifically in the four fields of successes and failures, alternative experiences, language in persuasion, physiological and psychological state. After this, to survey every training result with GSES (General self efficacy scale), and examine nursing manipulative skills in the four ways of mural type to oxygen, oral care, intravenous infusion, and suction with electric device. In this way, the two group datas are studied with correlation analysis and regression analysis of statistic. Results there is no significant difference(P>0.05)when compared the scores in each group of four times of experiments in self-efficacy and nursing manipulative skills. The pairwise correlated coefficients in each group distribute in 0.893~0.954. Self-efficacy (in the four fields of successes and failures, alternative experiences, language in persuasion, physiological and psychological state) and nursing manipulative skills are both independent variable and dependent variable to each other, and their multiple correlation coefficient is in the scope of 0.892~0.949. The absolute value of regression coefficients is within the range of 78.303~126.945, and statistic of t shows P<0.001. Conclusion The nurse’s self-efficacy and nursing manipulative skills is highly positive correlated, and both are interlinked with one another.更多还原
