【摘要】 目的探讨痰瘀同治法治疗膝骨性关节炎骨侵蚀的临床疗效。方法将2009年11月至2010年11月收治的70例膝骨性关节炎骨侵蚀患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,治疗组口服协定中药,水煎服,1剂/d,分两次服用;对照组口服益肾蠲痹丸,8g/次,2次/d,口服,两组均饭后服用,连续服用3个月。通过观察两组临床症状、生化指标及X线的改善情况,转化为积分,对积分进行处理。结果两组症状积分进行比较,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医疗效评定比较,治疗组相对于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰瘀同治法能显著改善膝骨性关节炎骨侵蚀患者的临床症状,并有费用低、安全、有效等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and bone erosion.Methods Form November 2009 and November 2010,70 patients with Knee Osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,the study group(n=35,taking agreement Chinese herbs after meals twice a day),and the control group(n=35,taking Yishenjuanbi pills,8 g/time,twice a day).All the patients were continuous observed for three months.The clinical symptom improvement,blood biochemical and X-ray films improvement were observed and transformed into scores.Results The scores of clinical symptom in the two groups after treatment showed statistically significant difference with those before treatment(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Synchronically treating phlegm and blood stasis is quite effective for knee osteoarthritis and bone erosion,with low expense and high safety.更多还原
