【摘要】 目的探讨指侧方皮瓣和静脉皮瓣在断指再植修复中的临床应用效果。方法随机抽取本院收治的断指再植患者36例40指,采用随机抽样法分成两组,实验组20例23指,行指侧方皮瓣修复;对照组16例17指,行静脉皮瓣修复。随访12～26个月,比较两组患者的手功能恢复情况和不良预后。结果随访期间两组间相比,实验组患者的优良率为95.7%,对照组为94.1%(P>0.05);实验组静脉危象和皮瓣坏死发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但颜色加深和弹性变差均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论指侧方皮瓣和静脉皮瓣用于断指再植修复,均可显著改善患者临床疗效,减少其不良预后的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of lateral flap and venous flap in finger replantation.Methods 36 patients(40 fingers) scheduled for finger replantation admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the study group(20 patients,23 fingers) received lateral flap repair,the control group(16 patients,17 fingers) received venous flap repair.The patients were followed up for 12～26 months.The recovery of hand function and poor prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate were 95.7% in the study group and 94.1% in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of vein crisis and flap necrosis showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the deepening of color and the decline of elasticity were better in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lateral flap and venous flap in finger replantation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.更多还原
