【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌扩大根治术后并发腹腔内出血的护措施。方法胃癌扩大根治术后并发腹腔内出血患者主要护理措施有:配合合医生进行抢救、做好患者及家属心理护理、认真做好病情观察、制定详细的护理计划、正确执行护嘱等。结果胃癌扩大根治术后并发腹腔内出血患者中4例痊愈出院,1例自动放弃出院。结论对胃癌扩大根治术后并发腹腔内出血的患者认真观察病情变化、及时配合医生进行抢救有利于提高抢救成功率,减少患者身心痛苦,促进患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing care for the patients with intraperitoneal hemorrhage after extended radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods The main nursing care used were as follows: rescue the patients timely with doctors,provide psychological nursing for patients and their family members,observe closely the patients’ conditions,make a detailed nursing care plan,carry out the doctors’ orders exactly.Results Of the five patients with intraperitoneal hemorrhage,4 were fully recovered and one discharged from hospital automatically.Conclusion For the patients with intraperitoneal hemorrhage after extended radical resection of gastric cancer,close observation of the changes in patients’ conditions and cooperation with doctors are useful to increase the success rate of the rescue,decrease psychosomatic discomfort of the patients and promote the recovery from the illness.更多还原
