【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical appearance,diagnosis and treatment of multiple symmetrical lipomatosis(MSL).Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with MSL were reviewed and analyzed.Surgical management is used in all patients.Results All the patients were satisfied with their appearance and function.No complications and recurrence was found during the follow-up of 6 months to 5 years.Conclusion Surgery is the most effective treatment for MSL.Abstinence form alcohol may reduce the rate of recurrence.更多还原
