【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育和流程管理管理肿瘤患者PICC置管带管回家中应用价值。方法 2010年5月至2011年4月,17例恶性肿瘤接受化疗患者插PICC,化疗间歇期患者带管回家,PICC小组对患者进行带管回家健康教育和应用流程管理模式对导管进行护理管理,与同期29例恶性肿瘤接受化疗患者插PICC并留院治疗的比较。比较带管回家组与留院治疗组PICC并发症的发生率和置管时间。结果经过良好的健康教育和引入流程管理,带管回家组并发症发生率为29.4%,留院治疗组为20.7%,两组间并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.72,P=0.37)。带管回家组置管时间为(84.59±30.89)d,高于留院治疗组的(53.48±24.97)d(t=3.734,P=0.001)。结论良好的健康教育和流程管理可以肿瘤患者PICC置管带管回家成为一种安全模式,提高PICC的成本-效益比,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate value of health education and process management of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC) at home in cancer patients.Methods From May 2010 to Apr.2011,seventeen cancer patients received PICC brought PICC home during the interval of chemistry therapy after health education(the study group).Process management was introduced to manage the catheter at home.Twenty-nine hospitalized cancer patients with PICC at the same period served as the control group.The incidence of complications and the dwell time of PICC were compared between the two groups.Results After good health education and introducing process management,the incidence of complications was 29.4% in the study group and 20.7% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups.The dwell time of in the study group was(84.59±30.89) days,which was longer than(53.48±24.97) days in the control group(t=3.734,P=0.001).Conclusion Good health education and process management can make it safe to bring PICC home during interval of chemotherapy in cancer patients,which can increase the cost-effective of PICC and is worth recommending in clinical application.更多还原
