【摘要】 目的观察他莫昔芬联合抗乳腺增生合剂治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法 135例确诊的乳腺增生症患者随机分为3组,每组45例。A组给予他莫昔芬治疗,同时给予抗乳腺增生合剂治疗;B组只给予他莫昔芬治疗;C组只给予抗乳腺增生合剂治疗。结果 A组总有效率(93.3%),高于B组(80.0%)和C组(82.3%),A组总有效率分别与B组、C组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他莫昔芬联合抗乳腺增生合剂治疗乳腺增生症,疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of tamoxifen combined with kangruxianzengsheng mixture on mammary hyperplasia.Methods 135 cases patients with mammary hyperplasia were divided randomly into three groups,every group was 45 cases.Patients in A group were given tamoxifen(10mg PO.qd) and kangruxianzengsheng mixture patients in B group were given tamoxifen only and C group kangruxianzengsheng mixture only.Results The total effective rate of A group(93.3%) was higher than that in B group(80.0%) and C group(82.3%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamoxifen combined with kangruxianzengsheng mixture is an effective method in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia,which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.更多还原
