【摘要】 目的研究脉复生对动脉硬化闭塞症患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 60例患者采用随机对照原则分为两组,两组均给予常规抗血小板聚集、控制基础疾病等基础治疗。对照组29例,治疗组31例,治疗组在基础治疗上加以脉复生口服,每日2次,每次50 ml,疗程为30天。采用高分辨超声技术对两组患者的血管内皮功能进行检测,比较自身前后变化及两组之间的差异。结果经脉复生治疗后,治疗组内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(EID)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组EDD和EID差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉复生能明显改善闭塞性动脉硬化症患者血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of MaiFuSheng on endothelial function of atherosclerosis obliterans.Methods 60 patients with atherosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into the treated group(31 cases) and the control group(29 cases).The two groups were given conventional anti-platelet aggregation,control of underlying disease and basic treatment.Patients in the treated group received MaiFuSheng plus to the basis of the oral treatment,twice daily 50ml for 30 days.Using high-resolution ultrasound technology to detect two groups of vascular endothelial function compare their own differences before and after the change between the two groups.Results After the treatment,endothelial-dependent dilation(EDD)and endothelial-independent dilation(EID)were significantly increased in the treated group(P<0.05).Compare the control group,there are also significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion MaiFuSheng can significantly improve endothelial function in patients of atherosclerosis obliterans.更多还原
