【摘要】 目的研究Calpain-5基因单核苷酸多态性与多囊卵巢综合征之间的相关性,并进一步分析其是否与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗相关。方法随机收集2010年7月至10月在贵阳医学院附属医院门诊就诊的PCOS患者45例及对照组50例,均于月经来潮第2～3天清晨空腹抽取静脉血,检测空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,并提取DNA,用RT-qPCR法检测Calpain-5基因rs948976、rs4945140、rs2233546及rs2233549四个SNP位点的基因型。结果四个位点PCOS组和对照组间基因型差异无显著性(P>0.05);四个位点PCOS组和对照组间等位基因频率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论Cal-pain-5基因四个位点单核苷酸多态性可能与本地区多囊卵巢综合征易感性没有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between Calpain-5 gene single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),and further analyze the relationship of insulin resistance in PCOS. Methods 45 PCOS patients and 50 infertility patients without PCOS were recruited randomly who came to hospital to diagnose from July to October in 2010.The peripheral blood samples were obtained on the 2nd to the 3rd of their menstrual cycle following DNA extraction.The four SNPs of Calpain-5 gene,rs948976,rs4945140,rs2233546 and rs2233549,were determined by RT-q PCR. Results There were no significant difference in statistics in the genotypes and allele frequencies of the four SNPs between the PCOS group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Calpain-5 gene may not be associated with PCOS susceptibility in this area.更多还原
