Hi ELISA法检测动脉粥样硬化破裂标志物MMP-9、MPO、CD40L和t-PA对急性冠脉综合征的联合应用诊断价值评价
Evaluation of diagnostic value of multiplex detection of MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA of serum in coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的探讨联合检测人血清中MMP-9、MPO、CD40L和t-PA水平含量在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测健康人群和冠心病患者血清中MMP-9、MPO、CD40L和t-PA水平,用统计软件对这些因子单项检测及多项检测的临床诊断效能进行评价。结果健康对照人群和患者血清标本中MMP-9、MPO、CD40L和t-PA水平差异有显著性,病例组内不同病例类型(稳定性心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛和急性心肌梗死)之间各因子的检测结果差异均有显著性,根据对各个因子ROC曲线下面积(AUC)进行统计分析,血清MMP-9、MPO、CD40L和t-PA水平用于诊断冠心病有显著意义,各因子的诊断敏感性分别为80.00%,70.00%,76.00%和75.00%;四项联合检测的敏感性为96%。结论有效的联合检测血清中MMP-9,MPO,CD40L和t-PA水平可提高冠心病诊断的敏感性,对冠心病的诊断和分层有一定的应用价值,值得在临床上推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of multiplex detection of MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA in serum for diagnostic value of coronary heart disease. Methods Serum levels of MMP-9,MPO,CD40L,and t-PA were detected in healthy people and patients with coronary artery disease by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA),and to analyze the diagnostic performance of individual detection and multiplex detection using software. Results Compared with the healthy people,the levels of serum MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA in patients with coronary artery disease were significant difference,and there are significant differences of the levels of serum MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA for the patients with coronary artery disease in each type by using statistical analysis for ROC curve(AUC) of inflammation factors,there were significant difference for according the levels of serum MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA to diagnose coronary heart disease.The sensibility of individual detection of MMP-9,MPO,CD40L and t-PA were 80.00%,70.00%,76.00% and 75.00%.The sensibility of multiplex detection was 96.00%. Conclusion multiplex detection can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of coronary heart disease.It can be helped to clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and it is worth to be popularized.
