燃磷锅炉在热法磷酸生产中的实用研讨
The discussion to practicality of furnace burning phosphorus in phosphoric acid by furnace process production
【摘要】 概述热法磷酸的生产现状,以及燃磷锅炉的结构和原理;将"热法磷酸余热(2.5t/h蒸汽)回收"燃磷锅炉,嫁接在一步法30kt/a热法磷酸装置中,目的是回收蒸发量为2.5t/h蒸汽余热,通过技术整改,生产装置安全、生产可操作持续稳定,装置产生很好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The manufacturing status of phosphoric acid by furnace process was summarized,while the structure and mechanism of furnace burning phosphorus.Aim to recover steam afterheat as evaporation capacity being 2.5t/ h,the afterheat(2.5t/h steam) recovery of furnace burning phosphorus in phosphoric acid by furnace was grafted to one - step phosphoric acid by furnace process.By technical reform,the manufacturing process was continuous and stable,so that device produced good economic benefits.
