混凝沉淀+二级厌氧好氧组合工艺处理高浓度印染废水

【摘要】 印染废水具有有机物含量高、色度高、成分复杂、可生化性低、处理难度大等特点。采用混凝沉淀+二级厌氧好氧组合工艺处理南通市某印染公司生产废水,实现了600 m3/d的印染废水达标排放。工程运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定、处理效果好,是一种处理高浓度印染废水行之有效的工艺。

【Abstract】 Dyeing wastewater was difficult to treat due to its high concentration of organic matter,high chroma,complex component,etc.The technique of flocculation and two-stage hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation was used to process the high strength dyeing wastewater from some dyeing company in Nantong.The treatment system was stable and excellent with a capacity of sewage drainage about 600 m3/d.The sewage drainage can meet the class III of National Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).The results of treatment technology showed that it had two advantages of high running stability and excellent treatment effect.
