【摘要】 介绍了磷脂酰丝氨酸的重要作用,综述了磷脂酰丝氨酸的提取法合成、酶法合成,总结出了化学法制备工艺流程。讨论了磷脂酰丝氨酸及其中间体衍生物的化学法合成的必要性,提出了化学合成磷脂酰丝氨酸需要解决的3个问题,并对化学法合成磷脂酰丝氨酸的前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The important role of phosphatidylserine,the extraction of phosphatidylserine,and enzymatic synthesis of phosphatidylserine were introduced and the chemical method process was summed up.The necessity for chemical synthesis of phosphatidylserine and its intermediate derivatives were discussed,three questions which needed to be resolved by chemical synthesis of phosphatidylserine were proposed,and the development of chemical synthesis of phosphatidylserine was prospected.更多还原
