【摘要】 用HPLC法建立了测定更年三号胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量的方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为268 nm;进样量为10μL,室温进行检测。结果表明淫羊藿苷在0.2～8μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定,平均回收率为100.49%(RSD=1.49%)。该方法简单快速,精密度高,稳定性较好,结果准确可靠,可以用于更年三号胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The HPLC method was established for the determination of icariin in Geng Nian San Hao Capsule.The content was determined by HPLC.The analysis was carried on C18 column,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water(30:70) with a flow speed at 1.0 mL/min,the UV detection wave length was at 268 nm,and the column temperature was indoortemperature.Sample size was 10 μL.Icariin was in the good linear range when the sample size was between 0.2~8 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 100.49%(RSD=1.49%).The method was simple,accurate and can be used to content determination of icariin in the Capsule.更多还原
