AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi高熵合金的微观组织与硬度研究
Study on Microstructure and Hardness of AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi High-entropy Alloy
【摘要】 研究AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi(x=0,0.2,0.4和0.6)高熵合金的组织,以及硬度与B含量的关系。利用真空电弧炉熔铸AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi高熵合金,使用金相显微镜、XRD、电化学工作站和显微硬度仪对合金进行表征分析。结果表明,该系合金的铸态组织是典型的树枝晶,AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi高熵合金铸态结构是简单的体心立方结构(BCC)和面心立方(FCC),高熵效应使AlBxCrCu 0.5FeTi合金具有简单的晶体结构;AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi(x=0,0.2,0.4和0.6)的硬度随含量B从0.2到0.6的增加而增加,其原因是B的加入使AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi合金晶格畸变加剧,发生固溶强化作用,合金硬度增加。合金AlB0.6CrCu0.5FeTi的腐蚀电流为3.024×10-6A/cm2,腐蚀电位为-0.369 V,显示出良好的耐腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and the effect of B content on the hardness of AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi(x=0,0.2,0.4,and 0.6) high-entropy alloy produced by the arc melting and casting method were investigated by the analytical methods of metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness tester.It was found that the as-cast structure of AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi alloys was dendrites,and the alloys exhibit quite simple FCC and BCC solid solution phases due to high entropy.The hardness of alloys increased as B content increased from 0.2 to 0.6,and the reason was that the lattice distortion of AlBxCrCu0.5FeTi alloy was increased with B introduction which resulted in solution hardening and the increase of hardness.The corrosion current and corrosion potential of theAlB0.6CrCu0.5FeTi alloy were 3.024×10-6 A/cm2 and-0.369 V,respectively,with excellent corrosion resistance.
