【摘要】 研制了一种新型复合型农药制剂—5亿PIB/mL斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒.15%虫酰肼悬浮剂。通过选择润湿分散剂、黏度调节剂、防腐剂、抗冻剂和消泡剂等助剂,确定了最优配方为:斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒5亿PIB/mL,虫酰肼15%,农乳34#2%,农乳500#3%,SP-2700 2%,黄原胶0.05%,硅酸铝镁1%,苯甲酸钠0.3%,乙二醇2%,异辛醇0.2%,余量水。产品悬浮率90%以上,冷热贮等各项指标合格,产品质量稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type formulation preparation of 5.0×108 PIB/mL Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus(SpltNPV)·15%tebufenozide suspension concentrate was studied.The formulation was optimized with main adjuvants such as wetting-dispersing agent,anti-freeze agent,thicking agent,etc.The receipt was composed of SpltNPV(5.0×108 PIB/mL),tebufenozide(15%),agricultural emulsifier 34#(2.0%),agricultural emulsifier 500#(3.0%),SP-2700(2%),xanthan gum(0.05%),magnesium alumino silicate(1.0%),sodium benzoate(0.3%),ethylene glycol(2%),iso-octyl alcohol(0.2%)and water.It was founded that its physical and chemical properities were not changed significantly after the formulation was stored under cold and heat conditions respectively and thesuspension was over 90%.更多还原
