IPN结构聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的性能研究
The Properties of Epoxy Resin Modified by IPN Structure Polyurethane
【摘要】 采用同步互穿聚合物网络技术制备了聚氨酯改性TDE-85/Me THPA环氧树脂体系,比较了环氧树脂TDE-85/MeTHPA固化体系改性前后力学性能和热稳定性的差异。研究结果表明,加入适量的由不同分子量聚醚二元醇合成的聚氨酯预聚体,对TDE-85/MeTHPA固化体系的力学性能、热稳定性均有所增加;当聚醚二元醇分子量为1000,且合成的聚氨酯预聚体加入量为15%时,同未改性的固化体系相比,该改性体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别上升48.0%和115%,分别达到69.39 MPa和23.56 kJ/m2,同时,该改性材料的热稳定性也有较明显的提高,其失重1%的温度T1%为300℃,比未改性的固化体系失重1%的温度高了30℃。
【Abstract】 TDE-85/MeTHPA epoxy resin was modified by polyurethane with the structure of interpenetrating polymers network(IPN).The differences of modified system mechanical and thermal stability were discussed.The result indicated that the property percentage of polyurethane prepolymer(PUP) in TDE-85/MeTHPA epoxy resin can improve mechanical properties and thermal stability of the modified system,no matter how much the molecular weight of polypropylene glycol(PPG) was.When the PPG molecular weight was 1000,and PUP was 15%,and the modified system mechanical property was very good.Its tensile strength was 69.39 MPa with increasing 48.0%,and its impact strength was 23.56 kJ/m2 with increasing 115%.At the seem time,thermal stability of the modified system was also good,and the temperature of loss weight 1% was 300 ℃.Compared with the unmodified system,the temperature of loss weight 1% increased 30 ℃.
