新型单体助磨剂的合成与应用
Synthesis and Application of A New Kind of Monomer Grinding Aid
【摘要】 通过乙二胺的羟乙基化合成出一种多元醇胺类的助磨剂单体,运用红外光谱验证合成的助磨剂单体的结构。结果表明:复合助磨剂有良好的助磨作用和增强作用,明显改善水泥的粒度组成和颗粒分布,增加中值粒径3~30μm的含量。同时使水泥3 d和28 d强度分别提高4.5 MPa和6 MPa。
【Abstract】 A kind of monomer grinding aid was synthesized by hydroxyethylation of ethylenediamine,and the structure of the monomer was proved by IR.The reasults showed that the complex grinding aid had greater effect on grinding and strength of the cement pastes.It improved particle size composition and distribution including increasing the content of fine particle especially of 3~30 μm particles.It also increased strength of 3 d and 28 d of cement mortar 4.5 MPa and 6.0 MPa.
