花青素合成调节基因VlmybA2遗传转化水稻的研究
The Study on the Genetic Transformation of Regulating Gene-Vlmyba2 of Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in Rice
【摘要】 VlmybA2基因是从巨峰葡萄中分离出来的一个花青素合成调节基因。该基因通过编码myb相关转录因子,调节花青素合成途径中结构基因的表达。本研究采用农杆菌介导法将花青素合成调节基因VlmybA2转化水稻,研究该基因在水稻花青素合成途径中的作用。结果表明,转VlmybA2基因水稻根部出现红褐色条纹,而其他组织器官无明显表型差异。
【Abstract】 VlmybA2 is one of regulating genes of anthocyanin biosynthesis in Kyoho grape.Myb-related transcription factors,the productions of VlmybA2 gene expression,control the transcription of structural genes in the biosynthetic pathway of anthocyanin.In the study,VlmybA2 gene was transformed into rice via agrobacterium-mediated method and its function involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis of transgenic rice was investigated.The results show that there is no obvious phenotype difference in transgenic rice organs,except for the roots.
