基于虚拟仪器技术的无线传感器测试系统应用研究

【摘要】 为了解决农业机械田间作业参数测试困难等问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的无线传感器测试系统,该测试系统主要由机载传感器系统、机载无线数据采集系统和基于LabVIEW语言开发的地面基站虚拟数据接收显示系统组成。经过田间试验表明,利用该测试系统可以方便地对农业机械田间作业参数进行测试,为农业机械田间作业参数测试提供一种简单、可行、有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Real-time test for agricultural machine was very complex in the field previously and the traditional method of test was taken by wire usually.In order to solve the difficulty of working parameter test,a new measurement system of wireless transducer was designed and applied based on virtual instrument technology in this paper.The measurement system mainly consist three parts: transducer system,wireless data acquisition part and the receiving part with virtual program which is written by LabVIEW language.By means of wireless transducer measurement system,it was proved that the working parameters of agricultural machine was measured easily and safely in this field and it also had wide application in working parameter test of running machine.
