【摘要】 目的探讨田七注射液对2～4期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者微炎症状态及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 71例2～4期CKD患者根据住院号按照Doll’s临床病例随机表法分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(35例),对照组给予护肾、排毒、降压、纠正贫血、维持水电解质酸碱平衡等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予田七注射液(100 ml/d)。两组均治疗1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后血清白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、树突状细胞(DC)和CD4+/CD8+比值的改变。结果治疗后与对照组相比较,治疗组的血清IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、TC、TG、LDL水平均降低,HDL升高,DC数量增加,CD4+/CD8+比值增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论田七注射液能减轻CKD炎症反应,其机制可能与调节脂质代谢和改善细胞免疫功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tianqi injection on the micro-inflammation and cellular immunity in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) at the Ⅱ-Ⅳ stage.Methods Seventy-one patients with CKD were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36) and the control group(n=35) according to the method of Doll′s clinical case.The patients in the two groups were treated by protecting kidney,excreting poisonous,reducing blood pressure,correcting metabolic acidosis and anemia.Besides,the patients in the treatment group treated by intravenous Tianqi injection for one month.One month was defined as a course of treatment in the two groups.The changes of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrotizing factor-α(TNF-α),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),the numbers of dendritic cell(DC) and the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ were observed after two courses of treatment.Results Compared with the controls,the level of serum IL-8,IL-6,TNF-α,TC,TG and LDL in the treatment group after treatment decreased significantly,while the level of HDL,the numbers of DC and the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ increased significantly.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianqi injection can imariolate the micro-inflammatory in the patients with CKD,which was correlated with regulation of lipid metabolism and improvement of cellular immunity.更多还原
