【摘要】 目的探讨IL-6和hs-CRP水平在免气腹二孔法微型腹腔镜阑尾切除术(MLA)与开腹阑尾切除术(OA)前后的变化,为评价这两种术式的效果提供科学依据。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法和全自动生化分析仪检测41例MLA与41例OA患者术前、术后(24 h、72 h)IL-6和hs-CRP水平。结果两组患者术前血清IL-6和hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h两组患者血清IL-6和hs-CRP水平与术前相比均明显升高(P<0.01),并且OA组明显高于MLA组,术后72 h两组血清IL-6和hs-CRP均有所下降,而MLA组较OA组下降更显著,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论免气腹二孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术对患者的创伤更小,减少患者应激反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level change of IL-6 and hs-CRP after the gasless two-port mini-laparoscopic appendectomy(MLA) and open appendectomy(OA),and provide the scientific evidence for the evaluation of effects of these two operations.Methods Forty-one cases of MLA and 41 cases of traditional OA received IL-6 and hs-CRP detection with double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and automatic biochemical analyzer 24 hours,72 hours before and after operation.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative serum IL-6 and hs-CRP level between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels 24 hours after operation of these two groups significantly increased compared with those before operation(P<0.01).The increase of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of OA group was significantly higher than that of MLA group,serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of these two groups decreased 72 hours after operation,while those of MLA group decreased more significantly compared with those of OA group,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion MLA is minimally invasive,which can reduce patients′ stress response.更多还原
