纳米氧化锌抗紫外线辐射所致豚鼠皮肤损伤的研究
Effect of nano zinc oxide on anti-ultraviolet radiation-induced skin damage of guinea pigs
【摘要】 目的探讨纳米氧化锌(nano-ZnO)在抗紫外线辐射(Ultraviolet radiation,UVR)所致皮肤损伤中的作用。方法正常豚鼠24只,随机均分为纳米氧化锌干预组、基质组和自身对照组,皮肤在纳米氧化锌干预下经过量UVR后,对其皮肤切片进行苏木精-尹红染色(HE)、胶原纤维染色(VG)和过碘酸-雪夫反应染色(PAS)染色,肉眼和光镜观察皮肤组织变化,并作组间比较。结果与自身对照组组织比较,纳米氧化锌干预组皮肤未发生明显的肉眼和镜下组织学改变;同样条件下,对各组豚鼠皮肤切片进行HE、VG和PAS染色比较,基质对照组表层及皮下组织结构均有相应明显改变。结论纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗紫外线所致皮肤损伤特性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nano zinc oxide in anti-ultraviolet radiation induced skin damage.Methods 24 healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into the nano zinc oxide intervention group and self-control group and stroma control group.The skin under the intervention of nano zinc oxide was radiated with ultraviolet ray.The skin sections were stained with HE,VG and PAS staining.The tissue changes were observed with naked eyes and light microscope and made the comparison.Results Under naked eyes and light microscope,comparison with the self-control group was made.The skin tissues in the nano ZnO intervention group showed no obvious change;however,the structures of the cuticular layer and the subcutaneous tissues changed obviously in compare with that of the stroma control group.Conclusions The nano zinc oxide has good effect on anti-UV induced skin damage.
