改进型催化氧化—SBR工艺处理有机磷废水

【摘要】 以草甘磷废水为研究对象,采用基于羟基自由基的改进型催化氧化—SBR工艺进行处理,取得良好效果。当催化氧化实验条件为:催化剂填充率为80%,氧化剂投加量为500 mg/L,pH为3,气水比为3,反应时间为90 min时,TP去除率达到90.7%;草甘磷废水经催化氧化处理后进入SBR反应器,停留时间为24 h时TP去除率达到77.3%;该组合工艺对TP去除率可达97.9%。

【Abstract】 The glyphosate wastewater has been treated by improved hydroxyl radical catalytic oxidation process— SBR process and pretty good effect is obtain.When the catalytic oxidation process conditions are as follows:catalyst filling rate is 80%,oxidants dosage is 500 mg/L,pH is 3,ratio of air to water is 3,and reaction time is 90 min,the TP removing rate is 90.7%.After the glyphosate wastewater has been treated by catalytic oxidation process and got into SBR reactor,and the HRT is 24 h,the TP removing rate will be 77.3%.By the combined catalytic oxidation—SBR process,the TP removing rate is 97.9%.
