不锈钢热轧层流冷却过程的温度模拟
Temperature Simulation of Laminar Cooling Process of Stainless Steel Hot Rolling
【摘要】 通过对不锈钢热轧层流冷却过程的传热特性分析,建立了不锈钢热过程数学模型,并对层流冷却过程的典型工况进行了数值模拟,得出了不锈钢层流冷却过程中温度的变化规律,为不锈钢层流冷却过程的优化控制提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Through analysing the heat transfer characteristic of the laminar cooling process of stainless steel hot rolling,the thermal process mathematical model was established,and the typical working conditions of laminar cooling process were simulated.The temperature variation regulation of laminar cooling process of stainless steel was obtained to provide references for optimizing control of laminar cooling of stainless steel.
