【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤标志物联合电化学发光免疫检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用及其价值。方法回顾性分析2005年6月～2011年6月入住笔者所在医院的90例经临床确诊为乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并选取同期收治的88例良性乳腺肿瘤及120例健康人群作为对照组,通过对比上述3组人群血清内的CEA及CA15-3水平,确定这两种肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。结果 (1)乳腺癌患者中的血清CEA及CA15-3水平与乳腺肿瘤、健康人群血清中的水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)CEA与CA15-3两种肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌中的的敏感性分别为32.2%(29/90)、50.0%(45/90),特异性分别为97.8%(88/90)、92.2%(83/90),有效性分别为60.0%(54/90)、73.3%(66/90)。CEA与CA15-3这两种肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感性为31.1%(28/90),特异性为70.0%(63/90),有效性为80.0%(72/90)。结论 CEA及CA15-3两种肿瘤标志物对乳腺癌的临床诊断具有一定的意义与价值,二者进行联合检测可以在很大程度上提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性及有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum tumor markers combined detection of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the diagnosis of breast cancer and its clinical application. Methods The clinical data 90 cases clinically diagnosed with breast cancer patients of June 2005 to June 2011 in our hospital was retrospective analyzed. 88 cases of benign breast tumor with and the same time were selected and 120 cases of healthy people as control group. By contrast the three groups of the serum CEA and CA15-3 levels, application value of the two kinds of tumor markers in breast carcinoma diagnosis was determined. Results Breast cancer patients in the serum CEA and CA15-3 levels and breast tumor, the serum level of healthy population showed a significant statistical difference (P < 0.01). The sensitivity of CEA and CA15-3 two kinds of tumor markers in breast carcinoma were 32.2% (29/90)and 50% (45/90). Specificity were 97.8% (88/90) and 92.2% (83/90). Validity were 60% (54/90) and 73.3% (66/90). Sensitivity of CEA and CA15-3 this two kinds of tumor markers combined detection was 31.1% (28/90), and specificity was 70.0% (63/90), validity was 80.0% (72/90). Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of CEA and CA15-3 two kinds of tumor makers in breast cancer has a certain meaning and value, and two for joint detection can largely improve the breast cancer diagnostic sensitivity and validity.更多还原
