【摘要】 目的评价经阴道补片修补术联合消痔灵注射黏膜固定术治疗直肠前突的疗效。方法 60例直肠前突患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用经阴道补片修补术治疗;观察组采用经阴道补片修补术联合消痔灵注射黏膜固定术治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组总有效率70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道补片修补术联合消痔灵注射黏膜固定术治疗直肠前突疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transvaginal mesh repair operation combined xiaozhiling injection mucosal fixation operation in the treatment of rectocele.Methods 60 patients with rectocele were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with transvaginal mesh repair operation.The observation group was treated with transvaginal mesh repair operation combined xiaozhiling injection mucosal fixation operation.Results The total efficiency of observation group was 93.33%,higher than the control group(70.00%),there were significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect was good that transvaginal mesh repair operation combined xiaozhiling injection mucosal fixation operation in the treatment of rectocele.更多还原
