【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理在老年住院患者中的开展与应用。方法随机选取中山大学附属第一医院住院时间>1周的老年患者80例为研究对象,观察优质护理前(40例)、后(40例)患者的满意度和并发症发生率的变化。结果老年住院患者的满意度由优质护理前的87.5%(35/40)上升到97.5%(39/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无投诉和并发症发生。结论开展优质护理后,可显著提高护理质量,提高满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the high quality nursing service in the application of old hospitalized patients.Methods 80 old patients hospitalized more than a week were selected randomly.The patients’ satisfaction and complication were compared before(40 case)and after(40 case)given high quality nursing.Results The patients’ satisfaction rose from 87.5% to 97.5%,and no complaints reported and nursing complication.Conclusion The high quality nursing could improve the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
