【摘要】 目的分析心脏瓣膜置换术后肺部并发症发生的相关因素,为临床预防和治疗肺部并发症提供参考。方法选取2000年1月～2010年12月笔者所在医院行心脏瓣膜置换手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果心脏瓣膜置换术后出现肺部并发症与术前心功能不良(心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级),术中体外循环及阻断主动脉时间长,术后呼吸机辅助呼吸时间长有关。结论改善患者心功能,缩短体外循环及阻断主动脉时间,合理使用呼吸机等可减少肺部并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications,through the analysis of the relevant factors which caused pulmonary complication after heart valve replacement.Methods The clinical patients treated with cardiac valvular replacement operation from January 2000 to October 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Pulmonary complications after cardiac valve replacement were related to the poor preoperative cardiac function(Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ heart function level),long time of interrupting the aorta during cardiopulmonary bypass and after operative ventilator-assisted breathing.Conclusion Improvement of the heart function,abbreviated time during cardiopulmonary bypass and aortic cross clamping,rational use of the ventilator can reduce pulmonary complications.更多还原
