【Abstract】 Infectious diseases are diseases of serious harm to human life and health, also one cause of the main complication and death for organic disease . In recent years, antibiotics have played a major role in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. However, due to the increase of the antibacterial drug type, at the same time to increase the prevention and treatment of diseases, antimicrobial agents are gradually being abused. With the long-term, broad and unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs, a series of problems such as increase in resistant strains of bacteria arise. In order to achieve the purpose of safe, effective, convenient and economic medication in anti-infective treatment, and to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections, reasonable choice of antimicrobial agents is very important.
