【摘要】 目的观察不同静脉穿刺角度引起疼痛的程度。方法选择静脉输液的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用60°～80°角进行静脉穿刺,对照组采用传统的15°～30°角进行静脉穿刺,采用"视觉模拟量表"评估两组患者疼痛的程度。结果治疗组疼痛的程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提高静脉穿刺角度可明显减轻静脉穿刺时引起疼痛的程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the degree of pain caused by different intravenous puncture angle. Methods inpatient venous transfusion patients, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with 40 to 80 degree angle for venipuncture,the control group used the traditional 15 to 30 degree angle vein puncture,using"visual analog scale" was assessed in two groups of patients and the degree of pain. Results The treatment group and the degree of pain was significantly lower than the control group,the difference makes statically significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Improving the vein puncture angle can significantly reduce venipuncture pain caused by degree.更多还原
