【摘要】 目的对重症妊高征患者的不同麻醉处理进行比较。方法对笔者所在科室2008年11月～2011年11月行剖宫产术治疗的52例重症妊高征患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较3种麻醉方法。结果所采用的3种麻醉中,应用硬膜外麻醉患者ICU的入住率与住院时间,感觉阻滞的起效时间与术后并发症的发生率较其他两种效果好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用椎骨内麻醉方法效果好,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the different anesthesia treatments for patients with severe pregnant high disease. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with severe pregnant high disease in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Compared the three anesthesia treatments. Results In the three kinds of anesthesia,the occupancy rate hospital stays,feel block work time and the complication rate of patients by epidural anesthesia after operation were better than the other two anesthesia treatments,there was a significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of vertebrae in anesthesia was better,had a small side effects.更多还原
