【摘要】 目的探讨卒中后吞咽障碍的康复治疗方法及疗效。方法对笔者所在科室16例脑卒中后伴吞咽障碍的患者进行综合康复治疗,采用饮水试验及吞咽能力分级进行治疗前和治疗后的评估。结果吞咽功能训练配合针灸、神经肌肉电刺激疗法及正确的饮食指导可明显改善患者的吞咽功能。结论综合康复疗法对吞咽障碍患者疗效显著,可大大提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rehabilitation treatment and efficacy of dysphagia after stroke.Methods Selected 16 cases of dysphagia after stroke from our department,they were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Used the drinking water testing and swallow ability classification to assess the efficacy before treatment and after treatment.Results Swallowing function training with acupuncture,neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy and dietary guidance can significantly improve the swallowing function.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with dysphagia has a significant effect,can greatly improve patients’ life quality,is worthy of popularization.更多还原
