【摘要】 目的探讨广东博罗地区慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中HBV cccDNA定量检测及其与患者的基因型的相关性。方法对305例患者进行随机分为4组,保证各组之间具有可比性,并对各HBV cccDNA含量的高低并没有明显的相关关系。结果研究为慢性乙型肝炎患者的诊治提供了参考,具有重要的临床意组患者的基因型和肝组织中HBV cccDNA含量进行测定,并分析其相关性。结论表明慢性乙型肝炎患者的HBV基因型和HBV cccDNA含量差异无统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the HBV cccDNA quantitative detection and genotype correlation of patients with chronic hepatitis B liver tissue in Buoluo country.Methods 305 patients were randomly divided into four groups,ensure the comparability between four groups,determined the gene type and liver tissue HBV cccDNA content of each group,and analysised the correlation between four groups.Results There was no significant correlation between chronic hepatitis B and HBV genotype.Conclusion This study provided for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with a reference,have the important clinical significance.更多还原
