【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者手术治疗痛经与不孕的效果。方法对于968例子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对痛经和不孕患者进行电话随访。结果 968例患者均行手术治疗。子宫内膜异位症患者中痛经占55.58%,不孕占28.20%。621例为随访对象,501例完成随访,随访率80.67%。术后痛经症状缓解率85.03%。术后妊娠率60%。结论手术治疗可明显缓解子宫内膜异位症患者的痛经,可增加不孕者术后妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effectiveness of surgical therapy in treating dysmenorrhea and infertility of endometriosis.Methods The medical records of 968 patients were retrospectively reviewed and patients with dysmenorrhea and/or infertility were given follow-up visits.Results 968 patients were given surgical therapy.The patient who complains of dysmenorrhea occupied 55.58%.The patient who complain of infertility occupied 28.20%.621 people should be given follow-up visits,501 of whom were given(80.67%).The painful symptom was relieved in 85.03% patients who complain of dysmenorrhea.The post-operative pregnancy rate was 60%.Conclusion Surgical therapy could relieve painful symptom obviously and improve infertility.更多还原
