基于OPC技术的多现场总线工业系统的研究和实现
Research and Realization of Multi-field Bus of Industrial System Based on OPC
【摘要】 应用OPC(OLE for process control)接口和连接多服务器的OPC客户端开发了基于多现场总线的动态数据交换的实验平台,解决了不同监控系统之间实时数据交换、数据共享和控制系统的集成的难题。首先介绍了OPC体系结构,分析了实验室内四种OPC服务器端的特点,并用组态王OPC客户端实现了和四个OPC服务器的动态连接,最后给出了在某糖厂应用OPC技术改造的成功案例。
【Abstract】 For realization dynamical data exchange,solving problem of real-time data exchange of different monitoring system,dada-sharing and control system integration,an experimental platform based on multi-field bus is developed with OPC(OLE for process control) interface and connection multi-server OPC client.The structure of OPC is introduced,the characters of four type of OPC server in laboratory is analyzed in the paper,and the dynamic connection four OPC server with kingview OPC client is realized.Lastly,a success case of a sugar refinery technical reformation with OPC is offered.
