【摘要】 将科研人才的职称学历、人才项目、发表论文及科研经费作为变量建立差分方程投入产出模型,并以某985高校科研团队为研究对象进行实证研究。变量数据经过平滑处理后,通过状态空间方法对差分方程的参数进行系统辨识。研究结果表明:人才项目对科研人才发表论文和获取科研经费有重要的激励作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 An input-output differential equation model is constructed by variables like education quality,qualification,talent project,academic paper,and research funds of research talents.An empirical study is carried on a research faculty of one 985’s university.After smoothing variables,the parameters of differential equation are identified by State Space Approaches.The result shows that,talent project can stimulate research talents to publish papers and get research fund significantly.更多还原
