改性复合分子筛的FCC汽油降烯烃性能研究
Olefins-reducing performance of modified composite molecular sieves for FCC gasoline
【摘要】 以催化裂化FCC汽油为原料,在固定床连续加压微反装置上,以MCM-41/ZSM-5复合分子筛为催化剂,考察金属氧化物的不同负载量条件下降烯烃反应性能、液体收率及积炭量的变化,探讨分子筛酸性中心及酸量的变化对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,ZnO负载质量分数2%时,催化剂降烯烃和芳构化活性达到最高,液相产物中烯烃体积分数由48.91%降至19.95%,芳烃体积分数由19.02%上升至36.58%,研究法辛烷值提高4.6个单位。
【Abstract】 Olefins-reducing effects,liquid yield and coke formation were investigated on a fixed-bed continuous micro-reactor unit,using MCM-41/ZSM-5 with different loadings of metal oxides as the catalyst and FCC gasoline as the feed.Effects of acid sites and acidity of the zeolite on catalytic activity of the zeolite were investigated,too.Optimum olefins-reducing and aromatization activity was obtained at ZnO loadings of 2%(mass fraction),with olefins content in gasoline reduced from 48.91% to 19.95%,aromatics content increased from 19.02% to 36.58% and RON of gasoline increased by 4.6 units.
