袋式除尘器箱体内部流场的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study on Inside Flow Field of Tank Body in a Pulse Bag Filter
【摘要】 本文按照1∶1的比例建立计算区域模型,应用Fluent软件对某型袋式除尘器箱体内部的气流分布状况进行数值模拟。比较除尘器设计参数改进前后计算所得的速度云图可知,通过增加入口风速和添加导流板的措施可使箱体内气流分布趋于均匀。实验的模拟结果可为袋式除尘器的设计改进提供参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper the calculation area model is established according to the ratio 1:1 and the numerical simulation study on inside flow field distribution condition of tank body in a certain-type pulse bag filter is carried on by one of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software s-Fluent.After comparing the gained speed cloud charts before and after the design parameters improvement of the bag filter,the results show that the inside airflow distribution tends to be uniform by increasing entrance wind velocity and adding guide plates.The simulation results can provide references for the design improvement of bag filters.
