广西南宁部分医院就诊者寄生虫感染情况分析

【摘要】 目的了解医院主动就诊患者寄生虫感染情况。方法采用醛醚沉淀法和碘染色法进行粪便检查,查出虫卵和包囊为阳性。结果受检者共4 327人,阳性为1 800人,发现肝吸虫、人芽囊原虫、钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫。溶组织内阿米巴、粪类圆线虫、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫、蛲虫、等孢子球虫共10个虫种,其中华支睾吸虫感染为894人,感染率为19.7%,人芽囊原虫感染为681人,感染率为15.73%,钩虫感染为132人,感染率为3.05%,寄生虫感染以青壮年居多,男女性感染差异均有统计学意义。多虫感染的176人中,肝吸虫合并人芽囊原虫感染为102人,肝吸虫合并钩虫感染为19人,人芽囊原虫合并钩虫感染为13人。结论广西当地寄生虫虫种多,居民感染人数多,肝吸虫与人芽囊原虫感染尤为严重,属优势虫种;土源性线虫感染处于较低水平,呈散在分布。

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the parasites infection in a part of the outpatients from the hospitals in Nanning City.Methods Fecal examination was carried out with formalin-ether sedimentation and iodine staining method for parasite eggs or cyst.Results Of the 4 327 patients,1 800 were infected.by parasites.Among them,894 patients were infected by C.sinensis,a infection rate being 19.7%;681 patients were infected by Blastocystis hominis,a infection rate being15.73%;132 patients were infected by hookworm,a infection rate being 3.05%,the young and middle-age residents were infected more seriously.There were statistical differences in the infection rates between male and female.Among 1 800 patients 176 were infected by two or above kinds of parasites,Of 176 patients 102 were mixed infected by C.sinensis and Blastocystis hominis;19 patients were mixed infected by C.sinensis and hookworm;13 patients were mixed infected by Blastocystis hominis and hookworm.Conclusion The infection rate of parasites in the residents in Guangxi is high,C.sinensis and Blastocystis hominis have become the major parasites species in Guangxi.Soil-transmitted nematode infection was at a low level and a sporadic distribution in rural.area.
