急性脑梗死患者血清VEGF与内皮抑素水平的动态变化及意义
THE DYNAMIC CHANGES AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SERUM VEGF AND ENDOSTATIN LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION
【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和内皮抑素(ES)水平的动态变化及意义。方法:采用ELISA法动态检测急性脑梗死患者各组以及正常对照组不同时间点血清VEGF和ES水平,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果:急性脑梗死患者各组血清中VEGF水平在发病第1,7,14天均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),以第7天时最高,ES在各组中发病第1天并无明显升高(P>0.05),第7天水平显著升高,第14天时降低。大面积脑梗死组VEGF/ES比值最高,VEGF/ES比值与神经功能缺损评分呈正相关(r=0.705,P<0.01)。结论:VEGF和ES的动态变化可能是脑梗死急性期的自我保护的机制之一,两者之间的动态平衡可能是脑缺血损伤修复的关键。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the dynamic changes and significance of the serum VEGF and endostatin(ES) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Eighty-seven cases of acute cerebral infarction and thirty normal controls were enrolled in the study,the serum VEGF and ES levels were detected by ELISA.The correlation between the expression and neurological functional deficit scale was analyzed.Results: In all cerebral infarction groups,serum levels of VEGF increased on days 1,7 and 14(P<0.05),conspicuously increased on day 7.Serum ES levels didn’t change on day 1(P>0.05) and significantly increased on day 7 and slight declined on day 14.In cerebral infarction group of large infarct size,the ratio of VEGF/ES was higher than in other groups;the ratio of VEGF/ES was positively correlated with the scores of clinical neural function(r=0.705,P<0.01).Conclusion: The dynamic changes of serum VEGF and ES levels after cerebral infarction may be one of the mechanisms of cerebral infarction in acute stage of self-protection.The dynamic balance of VEGF/ES may play a key role on recovery of ischemia damage.
