【摘要】 目的:探讨肾血管性高血压大鼠左心室肥厚和ICAM-1之间的关系。方法:将20只雄性SD大鼠,体重200～250g,随机分两组:手术组及假手术组,每组10只。手术组行二肾一夹手术,假手术组行假手术。术前及术后每4周测鼠尾动脉血压1次。术后12周处死动物。结果:(1)术后4周,手术组收缩血压升高超过20kPa,与假手术组相比,手术组血压明显升高(P<0.05)。(2)手术组的左室肥厚相关指标明显高于假手术组(P<0.05)。(3)手术组的ICAM-1的蛋白表达明显高于假手术组(P<0.05)。结论:肾血管性高血压左心室肥厚可能与炎性因子ICAM-1的蛋白表达增加及其所介导的炎症反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and ICAM-1 in rats with renovascular hypertension.Methods:Twenty male SD rats weighing 200~250 g were randomly divided into operation and sham-operated groups(n=10 for each).Operation group was made with two kidneys,one clip(2K1C) operation while sham-operated group was made with sham operation.Blood pressure was measured before operation and every 4 weeks after operation.Animals were killed 12 weeks after operation.Results:(1) Blood pressure in operation group increased more than 20 kPa 4 weeks after operation.As compared with sham-operated group,blood pressure in operation group was higher(P<0.05).(2) LVH index in operation group was higher than that in sham-operated group(P<0.05).(3) Protein expression of ICAM-1 in operation group was higher than that in sham-operated group(P<0.05).Conclusion: LVH in renovascular hypertension might be associated with the increased expression of ICAM-1 protein and the imflammatory reaction mediated by ICAM-1.更多还原
