【Abstract】 This paper firstly defines the concept of continuing education for librarians in China,clarifies its ideological basis,briefly reviews its development history and gives out a detailed analysis of its problems.To constantly update the knowledge of librarians,improve their innovative capacity and promote the continuing education for librarians to be legal,systematic and modern,the author puts forward some strategies to strengthen continuing education for librarians,including the ideas,legal and ganization protection and network education.更多还原
