不同部位紫茎泽兰中总黄酮提取的研究

【摘要】 本试验采用50%、60%、70%、80%、90%乙醇对紫茎泽兰中总黄酮进行提取,紫茎泽兰根在乙醇浓度为80%时有最大得率2.22%,茎在乙醇浓度为70%时有最大得率1.24%,而叶在乙醇浓度为60%时有最大得率4.12%,紫茎泽兰不同部位总黄酮得率的高低顺序为:叶>根>茎。用乙醇提取紫茎泽兰中总黄酮,用紫外分光光度法进行测定,平均回收率为104.8%,RSD为1.50%,回收率好,操作简便。

【Abstract】 The total flavonoids of Eupatorium adenophorum was extracted with 50 %,60 %,70 %,80 % and 90 % ethanol respectively in this experiment.The results showed that the maximum yield of the total flavonoids extracted from the root with 80 % ethanol was 2.22 %,from the stem with 70 % ethanol was 1.24 %,and from the leaf with 60 % ethanol was 4.12 %.The order of the extraction rate of the total flavonoids from different part of Eupatorium adenophorum was leaf > root > stem.The total flavonoids of Eupatorium adenophorum was extracted with ethanol,and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The average recovery was 104.8 % and RSD was 1.50 %.The method got a good recovery and simple operation.
