轻霜后的甘蔗品质变化与耐寒性评价

【摘要】 【目的】研究霜冻后甘蔗品质性状变化特点及形态受害与品质变化间的关系,为选育耐寒品种提供科学依据。【方法】选用国内主要育种机构近年来选育的19个甘蔗新品种(系)及目前我国蔗区大面积种植的耐寒性较差的ROC22,在广西霜冻易发地区桂林雁山进行耐寒试验。【结果】试验期间试验地霜冻危害程度较低,甘蔗形态受害表现为危害较轻的一级,但霜冻后的甘蔗品质性状明显受到影响,甘蔗蔗糖分和理论产糖量分别下降了9.09%和10.31%,且出现两个下降低谷。进一步分析表明,霜冻后的甘蔗形态受害表现与品质的受害表现不存在相关。【结论】在轻霜冻条件下,宜在形态评价基础上用霜冻后第2~4周的理论产糖量高低进行甘蔗耐寒评价。

【Abstract】 [Objective]This research aimed to study the relationship between quality changes, characteristics, and morphological damage of sugarcane under light frost condition in order to provide theoretical references for breeding cold-tolerance sugarcane varieties. [Method]The cold-intolerant sugarcane variety ROC22, the mainly-cultivated sugorcane variety in China, along with 19 other new sugarcane varieties bred by domestic sugarcane breeding institutions, were tested and observed in frosty areas of Yanshan, Guilin City of Guangxi. [Result]The results showed that with light frost occurrence, the morphological traits of sugarcane showed only slight damage; however, the quality traits of sugarcane were affected significantly when the sucrose content and theoretical recoverable sugar (TRS) rate decreased 9.09 and 10.31%, respectively, with two decreasing points. Further analysis from the research results indicated that there was no correlation between the morphological trait damages and cane quality. [Conclusion]Under light frost condition, the best time frame for analyzing the effect of cold tolerance on TRS rate was from the second week to the fourth week based on morphological evaluation.
