铝电解电容器阳极化成箔正确选用的研究
Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor Anodic foil Into the Correct Choice of Research
【摘要】 分析了铝电解电容器阳极氧化膜的形成过程,介绍了衡量氧化膜品质优劣的参数:升压时间tr、漏电流LC、水煮后升压时间Tr60(s)、容量及容量散差、箔片表面氯离子残留量及箔片的耐水合性能。阳极化成箔对电容器的漏电、损耗、寿命等都起着至为关键的作用,正确选择阳极化成箔在生产过程中显得尤为重要。
【Abstract】 The analysis of aluminum electrolytic capacitor anodic oxidation film formation process,Introduces the measure of oxide film quality quality parameters: Rise time tr,leakage current LC,boiled after rise time Tr60(s),capacity and capacity scattered difference,foil surface chloride ion residual amount and foil resistance to hydration performance.Anode to foil for capacitor leakage,loss,life plays a crucial role,correct choice anode to foil in the production process is particularly important
